About
The house
A holding company is only as good as the standard it keeps.
The name
Acedra
Acedra is a coined word, drawn from cedar. Cedar is the wood chosen for work meant to last: slow to grow, resistant to rot, still standing long after the builder has gone. Casa is the house that holds it.
The name carries every business the house holds, without belonging to any one of them.
Structure
How the house works
Each business operates independently, with its own leadership and its own accounts, so it is judged on its own results.
The house sets what is common to all of them: governance, brand standards, people practices and financial discipline. Each is defined once and applied everywhere.
