Who we are

This website, casa-acedra.com, is operated by Casa Acedra, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This notice explains what personal information we collect through the website, why, and the choices you have. You can contact us about it through our contact page, choosing "Privacy: access or delete my data".

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, the company name if you give it, the topic you choose and your message, plus a record that you agreed to this notice.

When you open a digital business card: the contact files and card pages show the business contact details that our partners chose to share. Nothing about you is collected when you open or save them.

When you visit any page: our hosting provider keeps standard technical records, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure. We do not use these records to identify or profile you.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as identity documents, payment details or health information.

Why we use it

We use contact form details only to read and answer your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We rely on your consent, given when you send the form, and on our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third parties. Because of this, there is no cookie banner.

Who handles it

The website and the contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes the information on our behalf and may store it outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the United States. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and for no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may also contact the data protection authority where you live.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and uses security settings that restrict what can run on its pages. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send anything confidential through the form.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
